Yes! You can forward calls from your existing number to BRN AI. We support all major carriers and provide detailed instructions for setup. You can also port your number to us or get a new one.

BRN AI will attempt to gather contact information and schedule a callback. You can also set up custom escalation rules to forward urgent calls to a human team member, or send transcripts via email/SMS.

Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption (AES-256) for all data. We're SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. Call recordings are stored securely and automatically deleted after your retention period. Learn more about our security practices.

Yes! Choose from multiple voice options and customize the greeting script, tone, and responses to match your brand voice. You can update these anytime from your dashboard. Enterprise plans include custom voice training.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately. If you downgrade, you'll keep your current plan until the end of the billing period.
